Rethinking online education in the knowledge society with emerging technology

October 24-26, 2020 Chongqing,      China


The Call for Papers is for faculty, staff, and graduate students from Chongqing Radio & Television University, Athabasca University,) and Beijing Normal University, Research Center for Distance Education (BNU-RCDE), to submit proposals for presentation at the Symposium.

The Chongqing  Radio & Television University and AU and BNU-RCDE symposium will bring together faculty, staff, and graduate students from the three institutions to continue to share research ideas and results for research and other potential collaborations.

Symposium Theme: Rethinking online education in the knowledge society with emerging technology

Sub-themes: (1) AI in education (2) Ontological implications for using emerging technologies (3) Holistic education (4) MOOCs

Abstract Submission

Submit a one-page abstract to Qingsong Xie (pinasterxie@hotmail.com) ) with a copy to Carmen Jensen-Tebb  at (cjensentebb@athabascau.ca) by May 30, 2020. Paper presentations will be 30 minutes.

Notification of Acceptance

Authors will be notified by June 30, 2020 if their abstracts have been accepted.
