四、论文征集对象
论文征集对象为重庆广播电视大学、阿萨巴斯卡大学和北京师范大学的学术人员和研究生。
五、会议摘要提交及评审方式
2021年7月30日前，提交一页的论文长摘要至：张岩：chinasouthwest@163.com；和 Prof. Mohamed Ally (mohameda@athabascau.ca)。如果论文摘要被接受，作者将在2021年8月30日前收到通知。
阿萨巴斯卡大学提交的论文摘要由北京师范大学、重庆广播电视大学组织专家评审；北京师范大学、重庆广播电视大学提交论文摘要由阿萨巴斯卡大学组织专家评审。

Call for Papers
November 2-4, 2021, Chongqing, P. R. China
(Using Tencent Online Conference platform)
The call forpapers is for faculty, staff, and graduate students from Chongqing Open University, Athabasca University, and Beijing Normal University, to submit proposals for presentation at the Symposium.
The symposium will bring together faculty, staff, and graduate students from the three universities to continue to share research ideas and results for research and other potential collaborations.
Symposium Theme: Rethinking online education in the knowledge society with emerging technology
Sub-themes:
(1) AI in education
(2) Ontological implications for using emerging technologies
(3) Holistic education
(4) MOOCs
Abstract Submission
Submit a one-page abstract to Yan Zhang (chinasouthwest@163.com) and Prof. Mohamed Ally (mohameda@athabascau.ca) by July 30, 2021.
Notification of Acceptance
Authors will be notified by August 30, 2021 if abstracts are accepted.

Brief Programme Schedule
Day 1: opening ceremony of international MOOC research center and speeches by leaders of the three parties (30 minutes);
Keynote speeches (one for each party with 30 minutes each)
Day 2: paper sharing (8 presenters with 15 minutes each)
Day 3: paper sharing (8 presenters with15 minutes each)
